1. Acceptance of terms

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the website nextappsai.com and all browser extensions, add-ons and related services provided by NextApps AI (the "Services"). By installing, accessing or using the Services you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your country) to use the Services. If you use the Services on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to accept these Terms on its behalf.

3. License to use the Extensions

Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to install and use our Extensions for your personal or internal business purposes. You may not:

• Copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the Services;
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code, except where permitted by law;
• Remove any proprietary notices or labels;
• Use the Services to build a competing product.

4. Accounts

Some features may require an account. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

5. Paid plans & payments

Certain Extensions may offer paid features or subscriptions. Prices, billing periods and included features are shown before purchase. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. Payments are handled by third-party payment processors, and their terms may also apply. Refunds are provided where required by law or as stated on the relevant product page.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate any law or the rights of others;
• Upload or generate content that is illegal, harmful, abusive, hateful or infringing;
• Interfere with or disrupt the Services, servers or networks;
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or data;
• Abuse, overload or automate requests to AI features beyond normal personal use;
• Distribute malware or engage in spam or phishing.

7. AI-generated content

Some Extensions use artificial intelligence to generate summaries, translations, text or other output ("Output"). AI Output may be inaccurate, incomplete or inappropriate. You are responsible for reviewing Output before relying on it, and it should not be treated as professional (for example legal, medical or financial) advice. Subject to applicable law and third-party provider terms, you may use Output you generate for any lawful purpose.

8. Third-party services

The Services may interact with third-party websites, browsers, AI providers or other services. We are not responsible for third-party content or services, and your use of them is subject to their own terms and policies.

9. Intellectual property

The Services, including software, design, logos, text and graphics, are owned by NextApps AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. "NextApps AI" and associated logos are our trademarks. You retain ownership of content you submit to the Services.

10. Feedback

If you send us ideas, suggestions or feedback, you grant us the right to use them without restriction or compensation to you.

11. Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling the Extension or deleting your account. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required to protect the Services or other users. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

12. Disclaimers

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Services will be uninterrupted, error-free or compatible with every browser version or website.

13. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NextApps AI will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or any loss of data, profits or revenue, arising from your use of the Services. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or USD 50.

14. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold NextApps AI harmless from claims, damages and expenses arising from your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

15. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which NextApps AI is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory consumer rights you have under the laws of your country of residence.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date and, for material changes, provide reasonable notice. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
